Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. By using Sora2 API, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Access to the API and dashboard requires an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials and API keys secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion.

3. User Content

You may submit prompts, images, or other materials ("User Content") via the API. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store it solely to operate and improve the service.

You must not submit content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property or rights
• Is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate

We reserve the right to remove or reject any content at our discretion.

4. Purchases and Credits

Credits are sold as one-time purchases. They do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You must provide accurate payment details and follow any terms shown at checkout. Credits are deducted only when a video generation completes successfully; failed generations do not consume credits.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sora2 API service, website, and original content (excluding User Content) are owned or licensed by Letstok Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service or content unless expressly permitted. Trademarks, logos, and brand features appearing on the service belong to their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Use the service for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or any user accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your API keys beyond your own use

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding security, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letstok Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
